Happy Valentines Day

Seaver came bouncing down the stairs and busting in our room while singing Happy Valentimes Day, Happy Valentimes Day!  (notice Valentimes, not Valentines)  Cooper Gray picked Valentines Day to begin walking!  He was soooo proud of himself!

We had a great Valentines Day!  Cupids arrow hit Seaver right in the heart.  He did not want the day to end and wanted to have another Valentines Day.

Seaver:  "Do I have school tomorrow?"

Me:  "No, honey.  School is closed tomorrow."

Seaver:  "Oh, goody it is Valentimes Day again?"

Me:  "No, it is President's Day."

Seaver: "Oh goody!  We get to go visit the President!"

Me:  "Oh no!  No we will not visit the President.  Mommy and Daddy did not vote for this President, so we probably should not go visit."

Seaver:  "Oh darn."

Note to self :  discuss socialization with children and why it is not good for our country!
